How Puppy Pinata Began
In 2004, Jussi De Fazio and his dog Caesar were making trip after trip to the pet store buying dog toys. When a new toy was bought, Caesar played with them for a little while but seemed bored. When treats were given, Jussi gave them to Caesar by hand; Caesar didn't 'earn' the treat-except for the basic human commands "Sit" or "Down".
